Lion's Head Mountain: the base of which was my childhood playground.

Fond memories of caves, snowball fights, and coyotes ... the latter resulted in the fastest 2 girls ever scaled down a mountain side.

(I guess you had to be there to understand why remembering that day still makes me laugh.)

this was a major purchase, of sorts, for me and my feet, which are so used to runners and "comfy" shoes, never really knowing the joy (and pain) of wearing high heels. imagine my surprise when i put these shoes on and thought, "wow, i really can wear heels". and for $19.99, who could resist?!

Gibsons Sea Cavalcade (2010)
